Sheriff John D’Agostini and District Attorney Vern Pierson will join the Taxpayers Association of El Dorado County on February 14 and February 28 respectively. They are expected to share information about crime trends and public safety issues in El Dorado County, as well as the impact of California state policies.
The month will begin with a presentation from Mike Posey from Library Systems & Services on February 7. Several local governments across California contract with the company to manage their library systems.
The Association will have its monthly business meeting on February 21. Meetings are held in person on Mondays at 7:30 am at Denny’s in Placerville (99 Fair Ln). All meetings with guest speakers are also live-streamed and available for on-demand viewing on the Association’s Facebook page.
